Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

We do, however, offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase. This applies to both used and unused items. If you are not 100% happy with your Grill Stripper product, just contact us and send your item(s) back. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items (if opened)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

To Complete Your Return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your return to the manufacturer. Please contact us first at support@grillstripper.com before sending anything back.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, or damaged not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund officially posts).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@grillstripper.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email support@grillstripper.com with your order details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll send the refund to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included.

 

If returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
